Hello Mrs. Nancy O’Malley from the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office,
I know it’s your job and duty to serve & protect our society and weed out all the violations that have taken place from all local law enforcement agencies right here in Alameda County. Such as:
- Filing false documents
- Not retrieving DNA and fingerprints
- Destroying evidence
- Tampering with evidence
- Tampering with witnesses
- Destroying PPE body camera footage from investigations and photo lineups
- Arresting people without a warrant, probable cause, no probation or parole violation – placing fraudulent holds on them to build a case
- Placing extra charges on people so their bail would be non-affordable
- Destroying surveillance video footage
- Refusing to retrieve evidence from witnesses – like personal cell phone
- Not submitting alcohol & drug tests on witnesses that admit they are under the influence of alcohol & drugs
- Not charging witnesses that admit to authority that they’re involved in illegal activities, such as a drug dealer, a prostitute that sells sex on the internet and out of known motels
- Witnesses making false statements to authorities
- Witnesses tampering with evidence – staging a crime
- Witnesses destroying evidence – staging a crime
- Law enforcement agencies bribing a witness
Ms. Nancy O’Malley you have over 2,000 inmates in custody at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, CA. You have a lot of detainees right now that suffer from these listed violations and most district attorneys are fully aware of that. Why haven’t those cases been resolved, dismissed, or fully tossed out?

No human being should be forced or entitled to sit in custody for weeks, months, or years with your office knowing that detainees sustained numerous violations from law enforcement agencies and witnesses. It seems to me like holding people that sustained violations against them from law enforcement agencies is a money business to human traffic human lives in this injustice system.
Also, your office has failed to grant:
- Probation to people that have never been on probation
- Reduction of felony charges
- Grant Humphrey releases
- Create an updated risk assessment system
- Get rid of the three strike sentences, remove strikes on certain cases, and grant probation
I watch the news daily and our streets is out of control with our youth 12-25 years old. I have a solution for you, Ms. Nancy O’Malley, to reduce all crimes in the Bay Area – Alameda County.
- Gang prevention groups that will help someone work on getting a GED, trades, and employment.
- Peace Treaty program for gang members involving gang members, their parents, their kids, and local law enforcement agencies
- No loitering or trespassing on sidewalks in all neighborhoods
- Stay away restrictions
- Build a foundation called Clean Our Streets Day: youths will work with law enforcement agencies, probation, and parole agents to clean our streets by picking up all trash and other items in our streets, and can be rewarded with gift cards after finishing. Provide meals that will be free.
This will build a healthier foundation for our communities and with law enforcement agencies.
My name is Mr. Eric Wayne, Ms. Nancy O’Malley, and I would like you to consider some if not all of these options to start building a healthier Alameda County. Sit down with your attorneys from your office and weed out all of the violations that have taken place from law enforcement & witnesses. Start resolving these issues – probation, dismissals, toss out cases – Humphrey releases, ankle monitor releases to transitional homes with conditions.
