I’m a 44-year-old African-American citizen in this world. I am currently incarcerated at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, CA.
Being an African-American male is hard in this world of hate. Alameda County Superior Court judges have been biased against me, I have not received full discovery to defend myself, Alameda County Public Defender’s Office does not have the proper resources to defend everybody, inmates’ rights are being violated all the time, the Alameda County District Attorney’s office refuses to investigate all law enforcement, people are being falsely arrested and falsely accused of crimes, law enforcement agencies in Alameda County are failing to retrieve evidence that can clear an accused person; such as DNA, fingerprinting, evidence material, full body camera footage, full surveillance video footage.
….they never followed procedure in my alleged situation, meaning exculpatory evidence was destroyed by law enforcement. I should be home right now and not in a jail cell – according to the law, a lot of my rights have been violated. The crazy part about that is the DA knows that, the Public Defender’s Office knows that, I know that, the law enforcement agency on this alleged case been knowing that as well.
District Attorney Nancy O’Malley stated on November of 2020 that all Alameda County law enforcement agencies in today’s time follow proper procedure by retrieving DNA and fingerprinting. That’s not true at all – they never followed procedure in my alleged situation, meaning exculpatory evidence was destroyed by law enforcement. I should be home right now and not in a jail cell – according to the law, a lot of my rights have been violated. The crazy part about that is the DA knows that, the Public Defender’s Office knows that, I know that, the law enforcement agency on this alleged case been knowing that as well.
I’m not the only person that suffers from violations here in Alameda County. Maybe it’s a law firm that provides free representation to people like me. If so, I need a good attorney that will see what I see and clear me. I want society to know what’s going on in Alameda County injustice system.
African-Americans are being targeted badly here in Alameda County. We are being human trafficked within this racial injustice system. We need the Governor of California to visit county jails like Santa Rita Jail in Alameda County. We need the law enforcement associations to re-train local law enforcement agencies’ investigation duties right now. We need Senators to address these issues now – do Black lives really matter?
