Lamont has various health issues that put him at high risk for COVID-19. He has asthma as well as a metal rod in his hip and two pins in his knee from a surgery in January 2020. He is also not given his proper pain medications and only receives ibuprofen. When he went to court on the 6th of April, he was given no mask or gloves and was in the dirty Santa Rita holding cell with 6 to 7 other people. He would like to sign up for the retainer and group grievance.
