Darrell says the cleaning supplies they get are very watered down and they have no smell to them. The broom they received today had no stick on it (was just the brush part) and the toilet brush sits out on the table that the inmates eat on. Today, since breakfast was so late, Darrell wasn’t able to take his medication since he is supposed to take it after a meal. He is also very disappointed with the outdoor shower and professional cleaning. He says they put 8 people in the shower trailer at a time and that even when inmates got back to their pod, the floors were still dirty and many inmates felt they had to properly clean when they returned. The day room carpet still had huge patches of blood and appeared just as dirty as when he left.
