only watered-down disinfectant and toilet brush provided — no rags or mop provided; no wipes, soap, or masks in over a week

Troy is in 6D pod but 6C is under yellow tagged-quarantined – Troy isn’t sure if anyone in 6C has officially had COVID-19. He is concerned because deputies continue to take off their masks often, and the same deputies that work in D pod are also working in C pod, which has possibly been exposed to the virus. He says that the deputies also have the ability to walk all the way around when going from pod to pod, but instead they use the door that connects the pods to go straight from C to D. SRJ hasn’t handed out hand wipes, masks, or soap to his pod in over a week. Inmates have never received gloves. There is only one night deputy that comes around spraying the sink, toilet, and door handles of their cells with bleach, but that deputy had been away (either sick or on vacation) for a while and just came back. The cleaning supplies Troy’s pod gets during pod time every day consist of a watered down disinfectant in a spray bottle and a toilet brush. They don’t even get rags or a mop in his pod. He says that the toilet brush also often sits out directly next to the food they are about to be served. They are still doing pill call and split tier pod and meal time.
