no social distancing, blood on carpets, no masks received for 3 weeks

Martin* is supposed to be re-sentenced, but his court date was cancelled. He says that pod time and meal time is still split tier (with almost 10 other people), but social distancing is not enforced. It is very difficult to stay 6 feet away from people. The showers remain very dirty, there is blood in the day room carpet, and staff haven’t passed out soap to him since last week. Even then, he had to share that bar of soap with his cellmate. He received his first mask last month and then another recently, about 3 weeks later, even though these are the disposable masks that rip easily. Lots of deputies still don’t wear their masks, even though they have the better non-disposable ones. They sometimes wear gloves.
